NH Tomahawks Club Lacrosse

• NH Tomahawks is recognized as one of the top lacrosse clubs in the United States and
Canada by Inside Lacrosse. NH Tomahawks was selected to be part of the National Scholastic Club Lacrosse Association (NSCLA) which promotes the highest level of scholastic club lacrosse competition among well-organized clubs. How did we receive these honors?

Our program is about quality in everything we do:

• Coaching is our foundation: We select the best coaches who have years of coaching
experience because we understand that just having accolades and a passion for lacrosse does not always translate into good coaching. We know that good coaches must have the ability to teach. To that end, our coaches are not only experienced coaches, many are teachers by profession! Some people may know that our founding coaches, Chris Cameron, Rick Senatore and Chris Hettler also founded and still run Granite State Lacrosse Camps!
• Reputation of Excellence: Our program is well known by tournament directors and college coaches. Because Tomahawks has an excellent track record and is known for having quality players, NH Tomahawks has a following of coaches which means extra attention for our players and optimal recruiting opportunities at tournaments.
• Quality Players We are fortunate to attract players from all over New Hampshire and even border states of MA, ME & VT. This means we have an outstanding talent pool from which to select our teams. When you make a Tomahawk team, you play with the best. In the last 6 years, 43 out of the 46 New Hampshire All Americans were NH Tomahawk players! Tomahawks high school elite teams were represented by 57 high schools & prep schools & the Tomahawks youth teams were represented by 56 towns (in 2010)! Equally as important, with an undiluted and strong talent pool, Tomahawks can compete with the best across the Country.
• Friendships We are often told that one of the best parts of playing Tomahawks is that
players & their parents forge friendships across teams, even rival teams. Look closely at some of the next high school games and you may notice end of game hugs or fist pumps going through the lines. In the stands, you may see parents from opposing teams mingling and sometimes sitting together!
• Recruiting Our director, Chris Cameron, is well connected in the lacrosse community with a proven track record for judging lacrosse talent. He has year-round open dialogue with college coaches who consider him a trusted source for their recruiting. College coaches frequently call & email Chris for player updates. Chris is not just a familiar face to many of the college coaches, he has built his network over the last 25 years having played against many during his college lacrosse days and during his 5 years playing in the Major Indoor Lacrosse League!
• Quality Tournaments Our Director hand picks the summer and fall tournaments every season and is constantly re-evaluating tournament opportunities based on his dialogue with college coaches and directors from other top elite teams. You can be sure the Tomahawk teams are going to tournaments that are best for the players and not selecting tournaments based on marketing hype.
