Chris, Just wanted to extend a quick thank you for the program you run. This was (his) second year of playing and he learned a ton of new skills over the past six weeks. He loved the program, coaches, competition, and the new friends he has made along the way. As parents, we are extremely pleased with your program and the approach you take at this level. It was well organized, professionally managed, and the right balance amongst the three cores of any sport at this age; development, competition, and fun. It's a very tough balance, but I think it was just right for this level. Chris, he has fallen in love with this sport and has a real passion to succeed. Amazing! Chris and Judy, We are now going through a bit of withdrawl! What, no tournament, practice, pickup etc??? We just wanted to sincerely thank you both for all your efforts in making our Spring and Summer so much fun. (My son) had an absolutely fantastic time playing with the Tomahawks. We are so thankful to have him involved in such a well run and top notch organization. My wife and I wanted to take a minute to make you aware of the quality coaching that was demonstrated. Our son was instantly mesmerized by two college lacrosse players but there was more to it than that. Both would take the time to explain to the kids what they needed to work on to bring their game to the next level. But more important they would reinforce their positive qualities, building their confidence and instilling a desire to move forward. They would also stress the need for a quality education and good grades as they enter high school. On and off the field they maintained a positive attitude regardless of the outcome of the game. It was a pleasure to meet both and we hope they will be involved in your program in the future. Thanks for a good quality organization.

Hi Chris, Our family wants to thank you for creating a phenomenal environment for our kids to play lacrosse. (Our kids) have had a blast the past two indoor sessions and we, their parents, have had a blast watching them play. We are huge fans of the Tomahawks program. We looked forward to the games each week during the witer and have seen a significant improvement in both of our kids level of play over the past 14 weeks. Coach Hettler, I just wanted to thank you for the goalie training. It was by far the best goalie clinic/training that I have had and I think it will really improve my game this season and I feel more prepared for my upcoming season. We would like to thank you, and the Tomahawk organization, for a terrific summer session. Our son had an unforgettable experience both on and off the field. From the coaching to the tournament venues, this was an eye opening adventure for a 10 year old boy. By exposing him to stiff regional competition, your program broadened his perspective of the lacrosse universe. He is now armed with first hand knowledge of the commitment required to compete at a high level. Beyond the sport itself, spending four weekends touring around different college campuses sent a strong message to a young mind that went deeper than wins and losses. Organizationally, you should take a bow. From a parents perspective, your scheduling and communication were clear, timely and greatly appreciated. One last thing I would like to mention was how impressed I was with all of the U11 coaches. They kept everything light and in proportion throughout the season. At times, they appeared to have more persepective than some parents and exhibited maturity/restraint beyond their years. In short, you delivered an excellent product.

Dear Chris, Words can't express what you have meant to (our son) as a coach and mentor, but here's an attempt to convey a few thoughts. NH Tomahawks was a dream come true for (our son). Not only was it yet another escape from summer of working, it brought the opportunity to play with the best against the best with the added bonus of hanging out on college campuses. The diversity of the team gave him an appreciation of love, support and commitment he has enjoyed blissfully unware that others have not. He has always called you "the player's coach", someone the boys admire and respect. They value your direction and are confident knowing your game plan will prevail. High school may be about much more than sports, but there is no doubt that what you gave him will be the dominant, treasured and long lasting experience he will recall in the years to come. The Tomahawks program is like no other, teaching the skills required to compete against the very best competition in the nation. The tournaments allow players to watch and play against the best players from NY, NJ, PA and Maryland, and they are fun for parents as well as the players. We really feel that the NH Tomahawks experience gave our son the skills he needed to be recruited at the college level. We also believe that this recruiting gave him the leverage to get into his first choice college (RPI), and that without it he very well may have not been accepted. Thanks again, coach.

“We all enjoyed the tournament in Maryland. He will really miss being on the Tomahawks - he has had so much fun and enjoyed every aspect of being on the team. The players on the team are a really nice group of kids who get along great and have become good friends. In just two years, you and the other Tomahawks coaches, have made the Tomahawks the best team in New England. He has learned so much from you and has gained a lot of confidence on the lacrosse field due to your encouragement and direction. You even got him to bring up his GPA last year so he would have the grades needed to get into an Ivy League school.
